Interior Inspiration

Scribbles

Kinda creepy without faces I know...but I'm still figuring out how to draw the faces and not make the figure look deformed haha. I think they could be a whole lot worse that is for sure. I would eventually like to have a little drawing pad and get more comfortable with drawing people...I think drawing random people is interesting because everyone is so unique and different.

I gotta learn how to draw faces though! :)
(sorry about the crappy resolution...these were on my phone)

New Purchases from Lulu's

I can't stop shopping! haha These shoes looked fun and were only $39.95 so I don't feel too bad. I also had to give in and get some wayfarer-esque sunglasses and regular glasses. And the heart ones were just too cheap and cute to pass up. I am obviously addicted to cheap sunglasses considering I have about 2 new pairs already sitting at home. I am a hopeless accessories addict.

Interior Decorating Inspiration

Since buying my condo last June, I have been really trying to get some ideas for the way I would like to finish decorating the place. Its quite small but with super high ceilings that give in a little more roomy feel. I love these pictures and I think they capture all the different aesthetics that I enjoy looking at. As much as a I love the modern/contemporary feel, I really can't stay away from a few different things:
Rich, bold, gem-colors
Victorian/Shabby Chic white walls, chandeliers, etc.
Overload of white, with splashes of bright colors
I cannot decide which way I will want to decorate a house I buy in the future...half of me loves the boldness of the dark walls and half of me loves the elegance of the white walls, floors, etc.
Either way, I think I will be happy with whichever I choose.
XOXO,
Stephanie
