Loving these right now. How cool would it be to have a bed outside?! And one day when I have a house, I am definitely having a jewel toned room for sure. Those colors are so rich and elegant. Oh and that fist pic has a panel that I think looks really pretty as well.

I just saw this picture and decided it is perfection. I love being outdoors...and I wish I lived near an area with a lot of trees. This reminds me of a fairy tale or a dream. Can I please have a cottage in the forest one day? And I want to now go give my boyfriend a big hug and kiss.

My New Purchases!!!

So I ended up buying these cute tops and some shoes as well. I was pretty proud of myself for even buying tops because I am probably the pickiest shopper ever. I always seem to buy accessories or jeans. So yay to my new tops that will hopefully arrive soon. My next fashion craving ---->

I really like the cut-out boots that I saw on Live Glam or Die (thanks!!!) ...I don't know if I can pull them off but I sure as heck can try! They look pretty intimidating I have to say though....

Diana F+ camera and me = Bliss

eeeek! I am super excited about my new toy. I just need to learn how to use it. I took about a roll and a half of color film on my trip in Cali. I also took some traveling back to Dallas through the desert/mountains. I definitely cannot wait to finish this roll and take some more this weekend. I am hoping my boyfriend will be a little test model for me in the park near my condo :) It's super beautiful under all the trees, near the creeks and hills and everything. I just hope I can learn to take AMAZING pictures like these....

San Diego here I come!

Missing my Weird Little City that is Austin, TX.

I am so incredibly glad and lucky that I had the chance to spend my college years in one the most unique and eclectic cities in the US. If you haven't been there yet, I definitely suggest you go. I can recommend some awesome restaurants, fun places to go to be outside, hole-in-the-wall bars and shops, and special events that you wouldn't know about unless you lived there. My sister even followed in her big sis's footsteps and is now a Longhorn as well.

When the weather gets warm enough, I definitely want to make a trip down there to float the river (if not multiple times). And maybe, even an outing to go on a boat on Lake Travis would be nice. Oh summertime.

Fun Room Decor

So recently I have been trying to figure out what I want to put on this HUGE, dark brown, empty wall in my bedroom. Everything else in there is already decorated. Since I am broke and can't afford another TV, I need something fun and/or creative to put up there. The colors in my room are dark brown and light blue.

I went searching on Etsy (which I could literally spend hours on) and tried to get some ideas and see if anything caught my eye....

I came across this little beauty and thought that the middle one would be perfect to put up in the same fashion. Instead of the checkered ones, I would just have 3 of those. These would lighten up the room a bit while giving me a place to put up some pictures and other momentos.

Problem solved.
